Your life was pretty good. You didn't have perfect health or a perfect job, and you didn't have a boyfriend. What you did have, though, was an appreciation for the little things in life.
One of these was the little park near your work. Everyday, unless it rained, you would take your lunch and eat it in the park.
Today, however, when you reached your favorite spot, you found a strange man sitting there.
He had pale pink hair and light skin splashed with freckles. He was wearing a pink collared shirt, a purple vest, a blue bowtie, and khaki pants. Next to him he had set a plate of cupcakes.
As soon as he spoke, you could tell that he was British.
"Oh! Is this your spot?" He questioned.
"I can sit somewhere else. It doesn't matter," you replied.
"Come! Sit."
"I wouldn't want to intrude..."
"Nonsense, love. I'm always happy to make a new friend," he said, smiling. He patted
the ground next to him.
You sat down.
"My name's Oliver Kirkland. What's your's, poppet?"
"I'm __________________________," you answered.
He held out the plate.
"Would you like a cupcake, ______________?"
You took a deep breath. They looked and smelled so good.
"No, thank you," you said politely.
"Are you sure?"
"I'm sure," you insisted firmly.
He looked like he was about to cry. "You... You don't want one?"
You sighed. "It's not that I don't want one, Oliver, it's that I can't have one."
"Can't?"
"I'm a diabetic. I have to really watch how much sugar I eat, or I'll get really sick. Unfortunately, that means no cupcakes."
His expression transformed from distraught to horrified as he contemplated a life without cupcakes. He stayed like that as you ate your lunch and as you got up to leave.
"See you later, Oliver."
He mumbled a goodbye, and you walked away.
The next day passed without incident.
When you sat down to eat the day after that, however, you heard your name being called.
"____________!"
You looked over to see Oliver Kirkland waving at you.
You waved back.
"You're just the person I wanted to see, love."
"Oh?"
"Yes, poppet. I have something for you."
With a flourish, he pulled out a perfect pastel cupcake.
You looked up at him, confused. "A cupcake?"
He grinned. "It's a special cupcake! A sugar free cupcake! I made it just for you!"
You were stunned. He had done this for you?
"Go ahead!" He urged. "Try it."
You took a bite as the Brit watched attentively.
"Well? What do you think?" He asked excitedly.
"It's... it's really good, Oliver."
His smile stretched from ear to ear. "You like it! Oh, poppet, that's wonderful!"
"You didn't have to do that," you mumbled, blushing.
"Oh, but I wanted to, love!" Oliver assured you. "Everyone deserves a cupcake,
especially someone as sweet as you."
And then he leaned in for a kiss.

2P England Hetaloid x Reader (Part 2)
“talking”, ‘thinking’
“A-Artie?!” You said as your face felt like it was melting from the massive blush “Oh sorry poppet! That was not very gentleman-like of me but I just could help myself from having a little taste~” He gave you a quick kiss on your lips before he went to the pile of ingredients and started to move them to the kitchen. “What are you doing Artie?” “I’m going to make you so scrumptious cupcakes for you! They’re to die for!~” He said as he started to measure and mix some ingredients in a bowl in your kitchen. ‘Sweet! He’s making m

2p!Italy x Reader - Sweet and spicy (part 4)
You managed to eat what was on your plate, though the lingering taste of Iron still remained.
Italy finally began to eat the pasta on his own plate, though he ate calmly and quietly.
"S-sir...why?" Was all you could ask, bothered by his special addition to the recipe.
He looked at you, confused as to what you where speaking of.
"I'm sorry? Why what?"
"Why is there blood in the sauce, sir?" You asked, gulping slightly. The bottle looked a little low and you hoped he wasn't planning on using your blood in the next batch.
Italy sighed softly.
"Calm down, Bella. I only use men's blood and it's because I enjoy the taste. I figured I needed

A metal sound brought you back. You opened your eyes wide and closed them slowly. Your heart beat faster and louder than ever. What made it beat like that? Someone surprised you? No, that’s not it..., you thought. You looked around you. You were in a room, an office to be exact. You knew this room. You had been called here several times. It was your boss’ office.
You didn’t remember when and why you were there. You could not remember what happened in a few minutes earlier. You tried to recall but you could not. You stepped forward little by little and your feet bumped to something big. You almost fell but you regaine

This is my first Reader Insert and my first time writing a 2p character.
The plot bunnies wouldn't leave me alone!
This was really strange to write because I wrote it backwards...
Please tell me what you think!
Edit: Apparently, the reader is a type 2 diabetic. Thank you to Calexy for pointing that out!
Hetalia does not belong to me!
You belong to Oliver!
